- 1/3 cup Rolled Oats (Certified Gluten Free)
- 1 cup Whole Milk (or Dairy-Free Milk)
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- A pinch of Nutmeg
- 1 scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
