  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree (see pumpkin puree recipe" or store-bought)
  • 1/3 cup Rolled Oats (Certified Gluten Free)
  • 1 cup Whole Milk (or Dairy-Free Milk)
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • A pinch of Nutmeg
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
