- 2 cups cooked turkey sliced in small pieces
- 1/2 cup carrots diced
- 2 cups celery diced
- 1/4 cup whole scallions minced
- 1/2 apple chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup canned pimiento chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds chopped
- 1/4 cup cheese of your choice
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the first 7 ingredients in one bowl and spread in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the almonds and cheese on top.
- Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
