Blueberry Lemon Shake
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (add 1/4 cup ice if using fresh blueberries)
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (Grass-Fed)
- ⅛ tsp fresh lemon peel
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Stevia (added for sweetness to taste) optional
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Garnish with mint leaf or blueberry and enjoy!
