  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (add 1/4 cup ice if using fresh blueberries)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (Grass-Fed)
  • tsp fresh lemon peel
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Stevia (added for sweetness to taste) optional


  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Garnish with mint leaf or blueberry and enjoy!
