Very Berry Smoothie Recipe - Easy & Healthy Smoothies

This delicious, healthy smoothie is filled with all of your favorite berries. With the addition of protein powder, this berry smoothie is a great option to start your day, drink after a workout, or when you’re craving something sweet!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large handful of berries (any mixture of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
  • ½ cup coconut milk, almond milk, organic milk, or organic plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup filtered water (have additional water for consistency changes)
  • 1 scoop Grass-fed Whey Protein (vanilla)

Optional nutritional boosters: hemp seeds, flax oil or seeds, coconut oil

    Instructions
     

    • Put all ingredients in a heavy-duty blender and blend to desired consistency.
    • You may add additional water if necessary.
