Brain Boosting Smoothie
- ½ avocado (flesh only)
- ¼ banana (peeled and sliced)
- ½ cup blueberries
- 6 walnuts
- 1 scoop Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein (For a different twist try Chocolate)
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup ice (optional, makes smoothie thicker)
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend to your desired consistency and enjoy!
