Ingredients
  

  • ½ avocado (flesh only)
  • ¼ banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 6 walnuts
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein (For a different twist try Chocolate)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup ice (optional, makes smoothie thicker)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
