2 Eggs and an Avocado
- 2 large pasture-raised eggs, cooked to order season to taste (eg. salt, pepper)
- ½ ripe avocado, sliced
- garnish of choice (eg. parsley, tomatoes)
- In a 10-inch skillet or frying pan, cook eggs according to preference.
- Slice the avocado and serve alongside the eggs.
