MaxLiving Corporate Expands to New Office Enhancing Health and Wellness

MaxLiving Corporate Office

Orlando – January 18, 2019 – MaxLiving corporate staff were able to officially move into their new Orlando office promoting health and wellness and supporting teamwork and communication. The new Orlando office, located at 4700 Millenia Boulevard, provides a healthy environment and a synergistic atmosphere that contributes to MaxLiving’s continuous growth and success.

“The addition of the standing desk helps make the daily functions of working at a desk less stressful on my spine—standing helps increase blood flow to my joints,” relays Nia Scalise, MaxLiving Relationship Manager.

With ergonomic, standing workstations, open spaces, and extensive, spatial rooms for meetings and virtual conferences, the new office is optimized for function, collaboration, and productivity.

“The open environment enhances communication among team members and promotes collaborative thinking,” states MaxLiving Relationship Manager, Victor Leinberger.

The added efficiencies and enhanced communication offer MaxLiving staff the opportunity to refine processes and better serve individual doctors and clinics.

Julie Swyers, MaxLiving Events Manager, says, “We have a brightly designed office that encourages both private work sessions and collaboration in a way we were not able to before. I feel closer to my teammates and more productive because we can work better together.”

Echoing that statement, Samantha Montgomery, MaxLiving Manager of Student Relations praises the unique design of the office, “It gives us the ability to collaborate in groups and to pull ideas from different departments in a fun and efficient space. It also gives us the ability to work independently in a quiet and comfortable environment.”

As a chiropractic and holistic health organization, MaxLiving Board of Directors and the MaxLiving Leadership team worked in partnership to design and implement the office landscape and features so that it accentuates the MaxLiving brand and underscores core chiropractic.

“The physical building brings some tremendous characteristics to our workspace that will have a positive impact on the team and our success as a company,” remarks Dr. Cliff Hardick, MaxLiving Board of Directors Executive Chair.

These include being a certified LEED Gold, environmentally-friendly structure featuring resource-efficient, high-performing, and cost-effective design and operations. MaxLiving staff have a beautiful lake view and the office is filled with natural light. The Orlando location was specifically chosen for its numerous outdoor walking paths and healthy dining options.

Lisa Hippensteel, MaxLiving Project Manager of Construction & Design, particularly enjoys the beautiful scenery, “It is so wonderful to see the beautiful blue skies and lake outside!”

As a part of MaxLiving’s strategic plan and goals, the new office uniquely positions them to continuously expand their international network of doctors, focus on exceptionally serving existing MaxLiving Chiropractors and clinics, and ultimately help more patients achieve health and wellness.
