Chiropractic Students Have an Easy Way to Gain Practical Experience

MaxU Students

Orlando – May 16, 2019 – MaxLiving continues to open doors for chiropractic students and MaxLiving Chiropractors to connect by simplifying the process for MaxLiving Chiropractors to be able to host a chiropractic student at their clinic providing chiropractic students a real-life practice experience. The evolution of MaxLiving’s well-established relationships with Life Chiropractic College West, in Hayward CA; Life University, in Marietta, GA.; and Sherman College of Chiropractic, in Spartanburg, SC; has helped streamline the enrollment process for MaxLiving Chiropractors in each school’s respective student program.

MaxLiving encompasses a network of over 200 certified MaxLiving Chiropractors who own successful practices across the Nation. MaxLiving’s esteemed relationship with some of America’s top chiropractic colleges, Life Chiropractic College West, Life University, and Sherman College of Chiropractic, enables a straightforward application process for MaxLiving Chiropractors who wish to host a student at their clinic.

Chiropractic students become eligible to apply to the program when they have entered their final quarter of school and have completed their clinic requirements. The program allows the student to observe the daily operations of a clinic and play a role in the clinic’s team under the supervision of a doctor.

“As the Student Relationship Manager, I am excited to see doctors working with chiropractic students to give them an inside look at the daily operations of a clinic. Students are the future of the chiropractic profession, so giving them real-life clinic experience is an amazing opportunity we can afford them,” states Samantha Montgomery, MaxLiving Student Relationship Manager.

Life Chiropractic College West’s Preceptor Program offers its senior students and recent graduates who have earned their DC degree, within the last calendar year, an opportunity to increase their clinical experience prior to entering private practice by participating in the Life Chiropractic College West Preceptor Program. The student has the ability to assist in a real-world setting and with an expert Doctor of Chiropractic.

Sherman College of Chiropractic maintains a strong Practice Management Observation Experience (PMOE) providing chiropractic students 10 weeks of observational study at a qualified chiropractic clinic. Students gain an understanding of business management, the patient process, and can view diagnostic imaging.

Life University’s Practice Excellence Art and Knowledge (PEAK) program helps prepare seniors for entering the private practice by allowing experienced doctors to mentor and train the student in a real-life setting. The host chiropractor is able to mentor the student, develop them clinically, and help them transition from school to the profession.

Along with MaxLiving’s heavy promotion of the student opportunity to gain real-life experience at a MaxLiving Chiropractor’s clinic, MaxLiving liaisons directly with the program departments in order to ensure MaxLiving doctors are placed with qualified chiropractic students who seek to practice principled chiropractic after graduating.

Creating this real-life experience emphasizes MaxLiving’s effort to foster chiropractic students’ education and commitment to the chiropractic profession. MaxLiving Chiropractors who wish to participate will gain recognition as a fully accredited doctor of chiropractic who contributes to the profession by supporting students’ careers and enhancing their motivation to become principled chiropractors. It is the opportunity for chiropractors to shape students into successful chiropractors, and the results are often life-changing for the student, doctor, and clinic.

MaxLiving’s holistic chiropractic approach embodies 5 EssentialsTM of health, with chiropractic being the heart of its model. MaxLiving clinics are operated by MaxLiving Chiropractors certified in the spinal corrective process, including home care protocols, adjusting techniques, and nutrition.
