Eggnog Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ can coconut milk (full-fat)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1-2 cups ice (for desired thickens and consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg and cinnamon
  • Stevia (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender. Blend on high until creamy and frothy
  2. Serve immediately
