Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ can coconut milk full-fat (4 oz)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1-2 cups ice for desired thickness and consistency
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Stevia (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into the blender. Blend on high until creamy and frothy.
  • Serve immediately.
