Chocolate Protein Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 scoop PurePath Chocolate Bone Broth Protein
- 1 scoop PurePath Collagen
- 1.2 cup Almond Flour
- 2-3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Monk Fruit
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 splash Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until combined.
- Add cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the blended mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add muffin liners to muffin tray.
- Add mixture to mini muffin or regular muffin tray.
- Bake for 15 min.
