Chocolate Protein Muffins

Ingredients
 

  • 1 scoop PurePath Chocolate Bone Broth Protein
  • 1 scoop PurePath Collagen
  • 1.2 cup Almond Flour
  • 2-3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Monk Fruit
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 splash Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until combined.
  • Add cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the blended mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Add muffin liners to muffin tray.
  • Add mixture to mini muffin or regular muffin tray.
  • Bake for 15 min.
