Chai Spiced Smoothie
Coconut milk and chai spices make this easy smoothie delicious, but Max Living Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein make it filling and nutritious! Try our recipe! This is great either in the morning or as a dessert.
Ingredients
- ½ can coconut milk (be sure to get BPA free cans like Native Forest)
- ½ cup ice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein (Max Living)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 2-3 whole cloves (or ¼ tsp ground clove/whole clove)
- 1 pinch ginger
Instructions
- Put everything in a heavy duty blender like a Vita-Mix and blend.
- Adjust spices to your liking, garnish and enjoy!
