Chai Spiced Smoothie

Coconut milk and chai spices make this easy smoothie delicious, but Max Living Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein make it filling and nutritious! Try our recipe! This is great either in the morning or as a dessert.

Ingredients
 

  • ½ can coconut milk (be sure to get BPA free cans like Native Forest)
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein (Max Living)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 2-3 whole cloves (or ¼ tsp ground clove/whole clove)
  • 1 pinch ginger

Instructions
 

  • Put everything in a heavy duty blender like a Vita-Mix and blend.
  • Adjust spices to your liking, garnish and enjoy!
