Baked Oatmeal
Better than oatmeal cookies! This recipe is a family favorite and comes together quickly and without much effort.
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1⁄4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional:
- fresh fruit
Instructions
- Combine first seven ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Spread evenly in a 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
- Immediately spoon into bowls.
- Add milk or fruit if desired.
