Winter is Comin’ Immune Booster Shot

1-2 cups warm water
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp Manuka or raw honey
1  lemon
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp turmeric, powdered or freshly grated

*Add a pinch of black pepper anytime you use turmeric in drinks or smoothies.  It increases bioavailability and absorption by 2000%!
