Chinese Cabbage Salad
Cabbage is nature’s broom! It has numerous health benefits. This salad recipe is easy to prepare and good for you too! If desired, you may add chicken or eat vegetarian.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Tamari sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 1 small Napa cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
- cooked chicken optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix tamari sauce, grated ginger, dark sesame oil, and olive oil.
- Mix cabbage, bell pepper, and chicken (if desired).
- Drizzle with tamari sauce mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
