Ingredients

  • 1 large handful of berries (any mixture of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
  • ½ cup coconut milk, almond milk, organic milk, or organic plain yogurt
  • ¼ – ½ cup filtered water
  • 1 scoop Grass-fed Whey Protein (vanilla)
  • Optional nutritional boosters: hemp seeds, flax oil or seeds, coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a heavy duty blender and blend to desired consistency.
  2. You may add additional water if necessary.
