Raspberry Smoothie Recipe – Simple & Sweet
This thick and creamy smoothie is a delicious treat for a hot summer day. A hint of berry plus fresh vanilla or yummy chocolate protein offers a refreshing snack or a refueling meal after a workout. Ingredients
- 1–2 scoops MaxLiving Grass-Fed Whey Protein - Vanilla (or Perfect Plant Protein or PurePath Protein)
- 3–4 tbsp organic yogurt
- ½–1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- ⅛ cup water (to desired consistency)
- 3 ice cubes (to desired consistency)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for water and ice in blender.
- Add water and ice cubes and blend.
- Add more water and ice until you achieve your desired consistency.
