Homemade Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
- 16 oz strawberries fresh or frozen (cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Liquid stevia (to taste)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Let mixture come to a boil, then simmer on medium heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
- Pour into jars and refrigerate.
