Healthy Strawberry Parfait
- 2 tbsp organic almond butter (or cashew butter)
- ½ cup organic strawberries sliced (or any berries)
- ¾ cup organic coconut milk (add to cover berries)
- ¼-½ tbsp “spoonable” stevia (to taste)
- Spoon organic almond (or cashew) butter into a cup.
- Add a handful of sliced strawberries (or any berries really) on top of the berries.
- Add coconut milk to cover everything, then sprinkle with stevia.
