Chocolate Cappuccino Smoothie
This smoothie is delicious with just a hint of coffee flavor, and all the nutrients you need to start your day! Try one as a breakfast drink, a great snack or an afternoon pick-me-up! NOTE: Don't consume after 3 PM for better sleep!
Ingredients
- 1/2 can organic coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tbsps organic cocoa powder
- 2 packets Stevia (adjust to your taste)
- 3-5 organic coffee beans
- 1/2 cup ice
- Optional: add greens powder, fresh greens, or cabbage (for an extra boost)
- Optional: Add 1 scoop of Max Living Grass-Fed Whey Protein for a protein packed boost
Instructions
- If you have a powerful blender, you can throw the coffee beans in whole, otherwise grind with a coffee grinder or small spice blender first.
- Blend everything up until frothy and the coffee beans and ice are incorporated well.
- Garnish and serve in a chilled glass.
