Are you living in the flow of nature? Do you wake up with energy? Do people consider you to have a chilled-out attitude? If so, that is great! If not, we need to figure out “why”. If you’re constantly rushing from one thing to the next then this is a sign you need to slow down and become conscious of your lifestyle and habits. Here are a few things you can look into if you’re feeling a little edgy/groggy lately. Consider your sleep schedule. Are you getting 7-8 hours of sleep every night? Are you eating enough & regularly to allow for stabilized blood sugar? Are you staying active (but not over doing it)? How about getting outside and getting at least a few minutes of sunshine?
