Caramel Apple Sweet Tea

Ingredients
- 1 bag black tea or apple-flavored tea
- 1 tsp caramel extract or 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup
- 1-2 tsp sweetener of choice (stevia, monk fruit, or THM Gentle Sweet)
- ½ cup unsweetened apple juice
- ½ cup cold water
- ice cubes
- 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- Steep the tea bag in 1 cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the bag and let the tea cool slightly
- Stir in the caramel extract or syrup along with your choice of sweetener until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired
- Pour in the apple juice and 1/2 cup cold water, then stir to mix well
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the caramel apple tea over the ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick for a hint of extra warmth, if desired.
