- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika

Cook the Sausage and Veggies
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground turkey or sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles with a spatula.
Add the diced onion, bell pepper, spinach, and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
Whisk the Eggs
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until fully combined.
Assemble the Casserole
Spread the sausage and vegetable mixture evenly across the prepared baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring it evenly covers the filling.
