- 1 cup coconut milk* (unsweetened, full-fat, canned best without guar gum)
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp ground turmeric*
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon*
- 1 pinch ground ginger* (or ½ tsp freshly grated ginger*)
- 1 pinch black pepper* (enhances turmeric absorption)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)

In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk and water over medium heat. Stir gently.
Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Whisk continuously to mix.
