No-bake Cosmic Brownies

Ingredients
 

  • 1 1⁄2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1⁄4 cup cacao powder
  • 1⁄4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1⁄4 cup natural rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add almond flour, cacao powder, almond butter, and vanilla extract, and blend until a dough forms.
  • Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  • Top with mini chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before slicing into squares.
