Cheese Drop Biscuits

Course Appetizer, Bread, Side Dish

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour (sifted)
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Blend eggs, oil, salt and onion powder.
  • Combine Coconut Flour with baking powder and whisk. 
  • Combine with wet ingredients and fold in cheese. 
  • Drop batter by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. 
  • Sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning. 
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
