Banana Oatmeal Cookies

These banana oatmeal cookies are soft, chewy, and so delicious! Whether it’s the holidays or a typical weekday, a batch of these irresistible cookies makes the perfect dessert!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp pecans chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • 1⁄2 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1⁄8 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Lightly oil a baking sheet.
  • In large bowl combine almond flour, oats, baking soda, spices, and pecans, and mix well.
  • In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients.
  • Add to dry mixture and mix well.
  • Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  • Bake 10–15 minutes.
  • Remove to a wire rack to cool.
