Banana Oatmeal Cookies
These banana oatmeal cookies are soft, chewy, and so delicious! Whether it’s the holidays or a typical weekday, a batch of these irresistible cookies makes the perfect dessert!

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
- 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 tbsp pecans chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1⁄8 cup water
Preheat oven to 375°.
Lightly oil a baking sheet.
In large bowl combine almond flour, oats, baking soda, spices, and pecans, and mix well.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients.
Add to dry mixture and mix well.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Bake 10–15 minutes.
Remove to a wire rack to cool.
