For sauce

tamari sauce

dry sherry

grated ginger root

cloves garlic
minced
For fish
2
lbs
wild-caught salmon
lemon wedges
Instructions
Combine sauce ingredients.
Place fish in glass dish and pour sauce over top.
Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
Grill the fish or broil in oven. Cook 3-4 minutes each side while basting with sauce.
Serve fish with lemon wedges.
