Turkey and Vegetable Stir-Fry Over Rice Pasta
This tasty recipe can also be made vegetarian! Simpy omit the turkey, and it is every bit as good!
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 large onion
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 3/4 cup bean sprouts
- 4 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup corn fresh or frozen
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tsp ground ginger
In a large skillet, cook turkey, onion, and garlic over medium heat until cooked through, then drain.
Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, corn, and broccoli. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and ginger. Serve over rice pasta (made from rice flour) and toss to coat.
