Try this delicious take on a sports salad, with grass-fed beef and plenty of yummy greens.

Salad Base:

  • 1 head romaine lettuce or
  • bowlful of baby mixed greens or
  • baby spinach


  • ½ chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped avocado
  • 1 grilled bison or grass-fed beef burger
  • 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • raw cheese optional, to taste

Dressing Options:

  • Hot Pepper Sauce check label for no sugar
  • Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar
  • Ranch Dressing Homemade


  • Mix all ingredients except burger in a large bowl or plate and top with a hot burger.
  • Drizzle with dressing.
