  • 1 lb chicken sausage sliced
  • 1 lb organic sauerkraut brine/water based, not vinegar based
  • 4-5 dill pickles diced
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard


  • Cook the sausage until complete.
  • Heat the sauerkraut until hot.
  • Place all toppings on top of the sausage. Enjoy!
