  • 1 lb wild caught Alaskan salmon (~3-6 oz or ~2-8 oz filets)
  • 2 cups salsa homemade (or check ingredients for no sugar and no MSG)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • ¼ cup green or black olives
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt & pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Put salmon in a baking dish.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over salmon.
  • Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
