Homemade Grass-Fed Sausage Patties

If you love sausage, here is a perfect replacement for frozen patties, that not only tastes great but is healthy, too! These patties are made from grass-fed beef, which has less bad fats, and more balanced nutritional value. This blend of seasonings makes these patties as delicious as they are healthy!

  • 2 lbs grass-fed organic beef
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sage leaves
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander


  • Shape into 12 patties and cook on low-medium heat until done.

Note: These can also be frozen for a quick breakfast later on!
