Eggs and Avocado Breakfast
Eggs and avocado are two of the most nutrient-dense foods on earth. Combine them in this breakfast for a powerful way to begin the day.
- 2 organic eggs – any style (cage-free)
- ½ avocado sliced
- 2 slices turkey bacon cooked
- Optional: any vegetables (spinach, tomatoes, etc)
Mix together eggs, avocado, and any other vegetables.
Cook together with bacon.
