Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch greens of your choice collards, chard, spinach, kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime peel removed
  • 2 green apples
  • 3 stalks celery
  • ½ thumb-sized ginger root
  • 1 scoop Max Greens chocolate flavor

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce thoroughly.
  • Juice each vegetable in this order – greens, cucumber, celery, herbs, lemon, lime, apple, ginger.
  • Place a juices in blender with max greens.
  • Add ice to blender to make a smoothie, leave out ice for just juice.
