Apple Almond Smoothie
This delicious breakfast smoothie is packed full of greens and naturally sweetened with apples and bananas. Feel free to add organic, grass-fed whey, or plant protein to add extra protein.
- Handful of greens such as spinach, kale, swiss chard
- 1/4-1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 banana sliced
- Spoonful of almond butter
- 1 apple peeled
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend for 30–45 seconds.
Add water or ice to reach desired consistency.
