Apple Almond Smoothie

This delicious breakfast smoothie is packed full of greens and naturally sweetened with apples and bananas. Feel free to add organic, grass-fed whey, or plant protein to add extra protein.

  • Handful of greens such as spinach, kale, swiss chard
  • 1/4-1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana sliced
  • Spoonful of almond butter
  • 1 apple peeled


  • Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend for 30–45 seconds.
  • Add water or ice to reach desired consistency.
