Turkey and Vegetable Stir-Fry Over Rice Pasta

This tasty recipe can also be made vegetarian! Simpy omit the turkey, and it is every bit as good!

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 3/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 4 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp ground ginger


  • In a large skillet, cook turkey, onion, and garlic over medium heat until cooked through, then drain.
  • Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, corn, and broccoli. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and ginger. Serve over rice pasta (made from rice flour) and toss to coat.
