Orlando – October 19, 2018 – Friday, October 19th, MaxLiving donates $25,000 towards the Dr. Charles Majors Scholarship fund, which financially supports chiropractic students during their education at Life University.
On stage, at a special MLX Fresh announcement, MaxLiving Executive Chair Dr. Cliff Hardick delivered a $25,000 check to Life University Chancellor Dr. Guy F. Riekeman to go towards the Dr. Charles Majors Scholarship fund in honor of Dr. Majors.
MaxLiving annually provides a donation to fund Life University students’ scholarship and academic success, but starting this year, MaxLiving opened the doors for the MaxLiving Network of chiropractors to contribute to the MaxLiving donation, which resulted in the impressive endowment.
MaxLiving’s overwhelming support of the education of future chiropractor leaders who will bring natural and sustainable healthcare to patients is demonstrated through annual scholarship donations, student outreach and communications, and being the host of career-focused events.
“MaxLiving will continue to donate to the Dr. Charles Majors Scholarship and Life University until a student is able to receive a scholarship for full tuition for their education,” said Dr. Cliff Hardick, Executive Chair of MaxLiving.
Life University is a leading chiropractic and holistic health university offering studies within the fields of chiropractic, functional kinesiology, vitalistic nutrition, positive psychology, functional neurology, and positive business.
The Dr. Charles Majors Chiropractic Scholarship is awarded to qualifying Life University students and covers a portion of the tuition costs for their first quarter and eighth quarter prior to their entrance in the LIFE Clinic system. Dr. Majors devoted his life to providing principled chiropractic care, mentoring other chiropractors and studying health and healing for the purpose of preventing and reversing disease. Dr. Majors attended The University of Illinois for his Bachelor of Science and received his doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Majors opened five thriving chiropractic clinics and was a renowned speaker given his expertise and principled practice of chiropractic care.
