After becoming established in his practice, he authored his first book in 2009, titled Maximized Living Nutrition Plans. From the beginning, Dr. Hardick has been committed to the advancement of holistic wellness education for chiropractors, health professionals, and anyone interested in achieving a balanced, healthy life.
